It's difficult to change a resilient system that for years has allowed unethical practices. Wear and tear was inevitable. If there is no way out and no answers, why insist on change? All the knowledge in the world gathered on the best platforms has as much potential as the vision and intelligence of people and organizations. It can be immense and transformative. Or it can be as small and useless as an organization that insists on looking only inwards, without openness to restructuring and the ability to tear down its dogmas.
Here's a plea: let's not use the word sustainability in vain. But let's not lose sight of it either.
